What do you think about this PC?

Hello,
I really want buy new (gaming) PC, but I don't have a lot of money. So, some people created this PC for me, what do you think about it?

1. How much FPS will I have with this PC in the GTA V, Far Cry 4, etc.??
2. How much FPS will I have in the CS:GO?
3. Would be better one of these graphic cards? (1. alternative graphic card; 2. alternative graphic card)

It's definitely better than my rig and I get ~300 fps with an i5-2500k. I can't tell you how much fps you'll be getting in those games but for sure >60 which is usually all that matters with anything but CS:GO imho. I get > 60 fps with my GTX 780 for other games that are more GPU based
