You can get kicked on dedicated servers with voting enabled.
The only way to get a ban on MW3 is by VAC so I'd stay with ranked playlists and rage them all.

Yes i know some of my scores are getting low/more deaths its cause those tricky riot shield assholes are catching onto the hackers and how we cant own them D;>
