You need to have defender ON and it needs to stay on man. Then try but be sure you only have one loader on your PC as well if you been downloading multiple

I also only have one loader. It was and is always stored in the same place. And Defender is also on.

After two different changes of the path to other 32bit programmes now the message: "incorrect buffer length".
