The ESP works. However, the game developer has reduced the distance of ESP meaning if they are too far away you are not going to see them until they get within the distance, which ever that may be the server has set. This cannot be fixed as it is server sided. However, I test this cheat on a daily basis. You can still get yourself in plenty of trouble. No problem there

The issues with crashing on Windows 7. I have not really seen many reports. However, on Windows 8.1 in Windows 10. We have very minimal crash reports after customers start using the boot.
