That review is very confusing, you give 10/10 but then say you asked for refund and Staff not helpful. ''Admins'' do not give lame excuses, they tell you how it is.
Admins are the last line of assistance and the most knowledgeable, so i assume you mean Moderators. It is very rare that our Mods can not sort a problem.
Have you tried contacting an ''Admin" directly?
