    Never met Slitz, but I can vouch for all of our Tech Moderators and Moderators alike.

    I had an odd problem a few weeks ago with DayZ where the menu wouldn't show up until I pressed the button over 100 times (I later found out, that this was my keyboard going bad)

    They went through hell and back to try and fix my problem.
