There was never spawning items. There was pulling all items in the world to you/ That was since removed though as it was patched sadly.
So the hack is just mainly focused on ESPs and nothing related to item cheats?
There is an aimbot as well.

Well, that was fast respond wow. So the main reason why people have gotten banned is from people reporting them right? Unless there have been reports of the game detecting them because im planning to get the hack.
