How can I get ROE cheats

Hello im new to this game and was wondering how i can get the cheat for it. After paying for the Ring of Elysium cheat I need a USb drive for it to work. How can i do this? Is it just a simple download and drag it to the flash drive? Can someone please help me thanks.

yes after you buy the cheat and download it you move the loader to the Usb Drive
