If you do not know how to Change your Theme for Steam, Follow these Instructions :
Go to the Steam Folder; and You'll see Skins, Drag the Folder's that you extracted into there, Go to Steam, Options, Interface, Then press the drop down box where Default is and Pick the desired theme you downloaded.
I will add to here, What I find, and You can choose what you want :)
