Bf1 cheat option

Hi , there is one option in bf1 hack which is :
– Force Squad Leader
– Force Allow Team Switch

can anyone explain me what these options do ? as far i know team switch is only server sided ?

This features let you become a squad leader or change teams when you cant do it

are you sure these options will work today ? may be they are already patched by DICE.Can u ask someone who use ur bf1 hack that if these 2 option works so i can buy bf1 sub here ?
