Fallout 76 Duping Cheat?

hi, I saw some guy duping atom items a while ago like this:

he is using some cheat program, can aimjunkie cheat do the same?

We do not have a dupe cheat currently but not to say we won't find a way if there is an exploit for it.

is custom commission o include custom cheat features allowed here?
