Looking for a photoshop PRO!

I am wanting to get a beautifully designed signature and avatar that work with these forums. I want the colors to be in black/orange/white (White not necessary) and it to have my forum name xTwisteDx. If someone could get creative and make the signature really show something TwisteD that would be awesome. I have Photoshopping skills but I can't seem to get them to work with the signature xD restrictions for one reason or another.

Is there any way you can make it black orange and white? I like that a lot but if it were those specific colors that'd be awesome.
