Problem purchasing rules of survival pc package

I posted a thread before and some replied and gave me a link. And the linked put to this site which it says:

AimJunkies - Battlefield 1 Cheats / CS:GO Hacks / BF4 Aimbot / GTAV Cheats / WT Hacks does not have any paid subscriptions available to which you can subscribe.

(I think the payment page is offline?)

Any one can help me though?

There is nothing wrong with payment page. What is wrong, are you getting any error or?

I have just tested that link and it works, have you got a pop up blocker running, or anything that could prevent you from seeing it?
