Like many cheats, it depends on how you utilize the program. But, specifically for L4D2, we've had two total reports. One in 2016 and one in 2017.
I've used the hack a few times without any issues, like literally I raged aimbot all over the place and nothing to date. (Obviously I'm not saying go insane and be obvious, but that's just my experience.)
You take a risk each and every time you cheat our cheat is undetected but how you play determines how long you last sir.
