When the status says "undetected" it does imply that the cheat works as intended. It is possible that new issues arise after updates but that is normally fixed within a reasonable time by the coder. Even thou I do not play this game myself I therefore believe that it would work as intended.
Also, just checked the forums for reports from current users and I did not see anything related to the aimbot not working. Hope it helps!
