When you go to the purchase page and select a cheat that you want, it will give you options in the drop down. One with *RECURRING* and the other without.
The * is a recurring subscription, buy the one without the * next to it.
If you do end up accidentally purchasing the recurring one you can always end it in your paypal "My profile" settings.

I completed my purchase about an hour ago, all money for All Points Bulletin Cheat sub (10,95$) have gone, and I didnt see any purchase status. It should be "completed" I think, but there are not any. How long does it take to get a sub? How could I see if I completed purchase correctly?
