Mostly stats right now to my knowledge if you are a high level running around with high success rates you might get flagged for review; Other then that the cheat is safe at this time.
So if I'm just getting started and don't have any stats so i can use aimbot and wh as I want?
I use it all the time just fine. Just be careful with what you do not to be obvious.

Depends on other things like reports as well sir.
Should be interesting when they do their next ban wave. Unlike most games, BSG doesn't disclose their anti-cheat. Not sure how they detect unauthorized injections and changes to the game like ESP.
They use an in house anti-cheat.
