MOH: Warfighter hack question, can't access

Hello. One of my friend just purchased the MOH Warfighter hack for 1 month and give it to me as a gift. I mean he typed my username in the column of "Enter a username here and your subscription will be applied to that user: " But I can't access it by clicking the red "CHEAT DOWNLOAD" button at the top of the site. When I clicked it, this screenshot comes up:

Make sure the payment went through. You need to verify the purchase with a transaction ID.

You need to contact him and tell him to send a private message to MULISHA with the transaction ID and the name of the acount he purchased it on.
