error not vip

i bought crossfire NA/West cheat 3 month for $24 and its say not vip this is the 2nd time happend to me last time i bought the same thing and its say not vip so i bought 3 month the cheat for 3 month again...please help me thank you

It said you are not VIP because you like to do disputes and say you never receive the cheats after using them.

yeah the first cheat i bought i disputed it cus i wanna use a different card
but the second one i bought i didnt disputed it i dint use it for few days and just today its say not vip

Instead of being shady and lying to PayPal you could have asked for a refund sir. Now your PayPal was locked because you lied and said you never got it after using it.
