    I would say any of the following...

    Editing: Sony Vegas Pro 10/11 or Adobe After Effects CS5.5/5
    Recording: Fraps or Dxtory

    Def Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 is the better between Sony Vegas Pro 11, trust me ive used both extensively.

    Video editing program: Start off with sony vegas then after like 1 month go to After Effects, remember to watch vids on youtube or else you wont understand ****!
    Recording software: Fraps obviously!
